Katja is doing extremely well the last 2 days. She’s been asking to leave her room, visit other areas of the hospital and play in the activity room. She saw both rooftop gardens, both indoor gardens and the WishingStone terrace.

We’ve been playing lots of games in the activity center and fingers 🤞 we get to see the therapy dog tomorrow!

But the best news of all…

If she gets enough fluid in today, we get to leave tomorrow! Of course that only means back to the hospital housing apartment but better than being inpatient.

She’ll need a minimum 14 days after leaving before she can fly. So we’ll still be here until July 13th.

Either way we are excited to get outta here!
